Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES IN A NUTSHELL:

  • Lead Talent Acquisition Operations as a centralized enablement function, driving consistency, compliance, and scalable execution across global recruiting processes, systems, reporting, and vendor partnerships.
  • Developing, implementing tools and resources and leading efforts to improve sourcing efficiency, optimize recruiting/ATS (Greenhouse) workflows, funnel metrics, and TA reporting dashboards, and recruiting analytics/reporting.
  • As the TA Team Lead and the right hand person to the VP to deliver key TA Operations initiatives and develop TA reporting frameworks to improve transparency and accountability, and to support scalable growth.
  • Building TA reporting dashboards to track hiring velocity, workforce planning, pipeline health
  • Design and optimize operational frameworks (dashboards, KPIs, etc) supporting TA, including standardized workflows, documentation, and best practices across the hiring lifecycle to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting to enhance visibility into hiring performance, enabling data-driven decision-making and stronger operational accountability
  • Partner with HRBPs and senior HR leaders to refine talent operations, hiring strategy, workforce planning, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business needs.
  • Leading initiatives to automate workflows and reporting analytics across various regions
  • Implementing AI-driven tools/optimization processes to enhance candidate matching, significantly increasing the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Utilize knowledge of AI/automation tools to increase overall TA efficiency and recruitment ROI.

Qualifications / Requirements

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in the biotech industry working in HR/TA Operations (specifically recruiting analytics and reporting, building reporting dashboards, optimizing ATS workflows, improving funnel metrics, optimizing AI as an overlay into Talent Acquisition, etc.)
  • Must be tech-savvy, specifically as it relates to optimizing workflows (tools, integrations, AI workflows), understanding and navigating dashboards/reports, AI enablement, etc.)
  • Experience working with Greenhouse (ATS system) is a big plus.
  • Prior recruiting experience is a plus as well.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup/entrepreneurial type of environment, to be self-motivated, and to communicate effectively with leadership on-site and internally.
