Description

Sr. HR Business Partner | Attractive, Well-Funded & Fast Growing Biotech | NJ area

This is a great opportunity to join an attractive and well-funded clinical-stage biotech company focused on developing transformative therapies. This is an exciting time within the company, as they are starting to scale up and build out organizationally. Our client is seeking an experienced strategic-minded HR Business Partner to support its client groups and senior leaders in building out strategic and operational capability across key business areas.  You would be joining this company at the perfect time (i.e. high-growth/building/scale-up mode, multiple anticipated drug launches, etc.) and play an important role in taking the company to the next level of organizational maturity.  Given the smaller company environment (i.e. things are still being figured out, not everything is in place yet, etc.), our client needs someone who is flexible, able to effectively toggle current-state needs/priorities with big picture/future-state implications,  and embraces the small startup hands-on biotech culture.
