POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join a fast-growing, innovation-driven biotechnology company. This individual will support the Talent Acquisition team in driving full-cycle recruitment for mid-level leadership roles.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who has operated in a high-growth biotech or pharmaceutical environment and thrives in a fast-paced, build-mode setting. The role requires a strong partnership with hiring managers, a proactive sourcing approach, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

- On-site presence required 3–4 days per week in Princeton, NJ
- Immediate impact role supporting critical hiring initiatives

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of mid-level roles, including R&D and Commercial
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality candidates
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with role and culture
- Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through the offer stage
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Provide market insights and hiring intelligence to stakeholders
- Ensure accurate tracking of candidates and processes within the ATS
- Support broader Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed in a high-growth environment
Qualifications / Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within corporate Talent Acquisition or executive search
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for R&D and commercial roles within biotech or pharmaceutical organizations
- Strong preference for candidates who have worked in high-growth or scaling environments, ideally within biotech
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across functional areas (including R&D) and deliver in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn, networking, and other tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
- Experience supporting organizations through rapid growth or transformation
- Blend of agency and in-house recruiting experience is a plus
- Familiarity with the Princeton / New Jersey life sciences talent market
