A well-funded, pre-IPO clinical-stage biotech is seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. This is a highly visible opportunity to help build leadership pipelines and support senior-level hiring during a critical phase of growth and organizational scaling.
The ideal candidate is currently recruiting in-house within a biotech or life sciences organization and brings prior executive search firm experience earlier in their career.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Vice President, People & Culture Business Partner & Head of Talent Acquisition, the Executive Recruiter will focus primarily on senior-level hiring, including Director, VP, and executive-level roles. Approximately 70% of current hiring activity is at the senior level, with additional support across other functions as needed.
This individual will play a key role in building proactive pipelines, engaging passive talent, and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term succession planning.
